How do I open a dispute

If you are not satisfied with the package you received and want to open a dispute. Please follow the steps below:

1) Sign in your account and go to “My Account” section.
2) Click on the button of “Open a Dispute”.
On this page, write down the problem with your order, offering as many details as you can. Then the customer service staff will handle your cases as soon as possible. Therefore, we suggest you to check your account information regularly.

Situations That We Do Not Handle Your Dispute

Due to the facts that different items stored and preserved in our different storages, so you need contact us before shipping unhappy items back for the sake of getting correct shipping address as well as help us make it clear what the problem is with our products.
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation.
